Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don’t receive this email after your order is placed, please check your spam filter or contact us to confirm your order has been received. Packages will typically ship within 24 hours of order, except on weekend orders which may take up to 48 hours. Orders will be shipped from California and can be tracked via UPS for arrival dates. You will be contacted with your tracking number when your order is shipped and on its way to you.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email of such change on your order.


RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days to:

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:
   1. All merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the original purchase date.
   2. The merchandise must be in its original condition.

 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise. Roto-Q 360 reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy anytime without notice. Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note with the return stating why you are returning the merchandise. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM

If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another model or color, or different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired item. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items, if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.
